Sessions
I will typically schedule all of my packages between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday – Saturday. Exceptions can be made for evening and weekend consultations if agreed personally with me.
Bookings
Please make every effort to book appointments at least 4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment and also to give me the necessary time to prepare. To make an appointment you can call me on 07957 265 295 alternatively email or WhatsApp me via this site. All fees are due in full 48 hours prior to the start of a consultation or delivery of service in person or online.
If you are booking my services online, please be conscious that the set prices cover my services taking place in London and the South of England. Bookings for any other location domestically or internationally may be subject to additional travelling expenses chargeable by myself prior to any service taking place.
Please feel free to ask me to invoice you if you do not wish to pay for the credit/debit card fee which is included in your payment.
I endeavour wherever possible to contact everyone making a payment online within one working day of that payment being made assuming you have included the correct contact details.
Rescheduling
I appreciate there may be times when you will need to reschedule an appointment we have booked. I ask that you please give me as much notice as possible if you know that you want to reappoint. Any rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to any travel or booking costs I have already incurred being charged.
Cancellations
If you are unable to make your appointment, you should inform me, ideally in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If under 48 hours notice is given, I reserve the right to charge you 50% of your overall fee. If more than 48 hours notice is given we will deduct a £50 admin fee before issuing your refund.
Travel Expenses
I am now based in Bath. No additional charges are made for travel within the south of England. Beyond that, I would expect my travel fare to be covered and overnight accommodation if required. Overnight accommodation is usually considered if travel time is more than 3 hours or if an appointment is scheduled to start before 09:00 am
If you are booking my service as a gift voucher, please let me know the location of the recipient or where they would like their shop to take place, so I can charge for this at the time and so this charge doesn’t get passed to the recipient (please note I will always aim to act with discretion).
Client Questionnaires
If requested, please fill in one of my Style Questionnaires and return it at least 72 hours prior to our appointment.
Gift Vouchers
Please note that all gift vouchers bought are non-refundable. The service should also be booked within 6 months of the purchase date and used within 12 months.
Phone and Email Support
Once you become a client of Nick Hems Style you are not forgotten. Contact me for up to 28 days after using my services and I am more than happy to provide you with additional assistance.
Please prepare for any session that you book.
Wardrobe Edit
- Please arrange your wardrobe into like items. For example, group all your trousers together, suits and shirts together etc.
- Identify the clothes and accessories that you love and also the ones you wear the most. The goal of a wardrobe edit is to keep the clothes that you either love, feel confident in or are highly practical.
- Spend some time really focussing on what it is you are looking to achieve from your wardrobe and from my time spent with you.
- Please ensure you have all clothing and accessories easily accessible for me on the day.
- Further details will be given upon booking.
- Personal Shopping
- On a serious note, eat well in the morning, shopping can get tiring otherwise and I want us to be able to maximise on the day
- Ensure you wear comfortable clothes that can be easily removed, constantly changing in and out of your clothes can be time-consuming and tiring.
- If there is anything in particular you want to buy to go with something else you own, bring those item/s with you.
- If anything changes from our initial consultation i.e. you really want to buy something for a particular occasion now or your budget has changed, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
- Groom Styling
- If there is a theme for the wedding, please let me have all the information before we meet up. This question is addressed in the questionnaire you will be asked to fill in. If there are any sample of the colouring, please bring that with you as it is a distinct advantage.
- Please bring with you anything you have bought, clothing or accessory wise for the wedding so far.
One thing I ask of all clients is to come into this process with an open mind and be prepared to try new things.
Subscription Services
Service Packages:
- Pocket Stylist (£150 per month)
- Style Assistant (£350 per month)
- Style Mentor (Price on Application)
Commencement and Duration: Subscriptions begin on the day of the first payment and continue monthly.
- Payment Terms
- Fees: The fee corresponding to the chosen subscription tier is charged monthly and paid in advance. For the Style Assistant package, an initial payment of two month’s is required and payable monthly after this. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.
- Payment Method: Payments are automatically charged on a rolling basis. Clients must ensure valid payment details are maintained.
- Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing nick@nickhemsstyle.co.uk or calling Nick on 07957 265295. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Service Provision
- Access to Services: Services such as guidance, outfit creation, and personal shopping are accessible as per the details of the subscribed package. Services are booked in as per availability and subscription users will be prioritised wherever possible. You should be aware that booking availability can vary, however, you should always be looking at at least two months in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Usage of Services: Clients are encouraged to actively engage with the services to maximise the benefits of their subscription.
- Provider’s Rights and Obligations
- Service Adjustment: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services or features to adapt to changing trends and laws.
- Suspension for Non-Payment: Services may be suspended if payment cannot be processed. Access will be restored upon settlement of dues.
- Client’s Rights
- Refunds: Refunds for cancellations are not typically provided given the nature of the services. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Service Quality: We commit to high standards of service. If services do not meet these standards, please contact Nick directly for resolution.
- Modifications and Amendments
- Changes to Terms: Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our business or regulatory requirements. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
- Legal
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by English law. Disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
- Privacy and Data Use
- Data Protection: Personal information will be used strictly for service provision and improvement, and not disclosed to third parties without consent.
